Vaping is a healthier alternative if you must smoke, but it’s uncommon to see an older person vaping if they are going to have a puff. It’s best not to smoke or vape at all, but it’s also understandable that young people are experiencing life and experimenting in it and many of us smoked briefly when we were younger too. It’s also when they’re young that people can get bad acne. Vaping is better than smoking cigarettes, but like all things it should be done in moderation. It’s still harmful for your lungs, and some may also wonder does vaping cause acne.

Vaping does not cause acne, but it does dehydrate the skin and overall make the skin age more quickly too. Especially if you vape heavily on a daily basis. Propylene glycol is found in all e-liquids and it pulls moisture from the skin. Skin dehydration does not mean that the sebaceous glands produce more sebum or that pores are more likely to become clogged. But long-term dehydration means skin will age prematurely.
