AccuNeb should be used per the instruction of the doctor. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual starting dose of AccuNeb is 0.63 mg or 1.25 mg three or four times daily as needed. It is administered via a nebulizer.
The active ingredient in AccuNeb is albuterol sulfate. The inactive ingredients include sodium chloride and sulfuric acid.
If you have an allergy to any of AccuNeb’s ingredients, avoid use.
Although these are not all side effects that can occur, AccuNeb may cause a fast or irregular heartbeat, chest pain, shakiness, or nervousness. If you experience side effects that are concerning or persistent, immediately talk to your doctor.
