Colazal should be taken as prescribed. Your doctor will determine an appropriate Colazal dosage for you.
Take the medication with an adequate amount of fluids and swallow the capsules whole. If you cannot swallow the capsule whole, you may open the capsule and sprinkle and mix the contents in applesauce, then consume.
