What is a Generic Drug?

Description

Your doctor can prescribe misoprostol for various purposes. Cytotec works by mitigating gastric ulceration by inhibiting gastric acid secretion and facilitating mucosal safeguarding via mucus production augmentation. Other indications for this drug include labor induction, postpartum hemorrhage management, and pharmaceutical abortion.

Directions

Take 100-200 micrograms by mouth four times daily for gastric ulcers.

For termination of pregnancy, ask your healthcare provider provider the correct dose for you.
