For adults, the dose varies from 400-1000 mg (10-25 mL) based on the reason for treatment. It is typically given every eight hours.
The dose for children is based on weight and will be determined by the doctor.
Take Flagyl S as directed and finish the entire course of treatment, even if symptoms improve before the medication is completed. Failure to complete the entire course of treatment may result in the infection returning or becoming more difficult to treat.
