Lorzone is available as a tablet in the following strengths: 250 mg, 375 mg, 500 mg, and 750 mg
The recommended initial dose is 250 mg to 500 mg by mouth three to four times daily.
Chlorzoxazone is the active ingredient in Lorzone.
Tell your doctor if you have any allergies. You should not take Lorzone if you are allergic to chlorzoxazone or any of the other ingredients contained in Lorzone.
People usually respond well to Lorzone but it can cause side effects. These may include dizziness, drowsiness, lightheadedness, overstimulation, gastrointestinal bleeding, or general discomfort. Contact your doctor if you experience side effects that are bothersome or won't go away.
