Once you are prescribed and buy Mirapex ER, the usual Mirapex dosage is 0.375-4.5 mg by mouth once daily.
The starting dosage should be 0.375 mg and can be increased every 5-7 days by no more than 0.75 mg at a time.
Do not abruptly stop taking this medication without consulting your physician.
