Piqray dosing:
Your healthcare provider will determine an appropriate dose for you. The recommended dose is 300 mg by mouth once daily. Take with food.
Store Piqray tablets at room temperature between 68°F and 77°F (20°C and 25°C) and away from children.

Piqray side effects include but are not limited to high blood sugar levels; elevated creatinine; diarrhea; rash; decreased blood sugar levels, lymphocytes, and hemoglobin; increased gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), liver enzymes, and lipase; nausea; fatigue; decreased appetite; swelling/sores of the mouth; vomiting; weight loss; decreased calcium levels; hair loss; and prolonged blood clotting time.
