Seroquel XR should be taken as prescribed. Your doctor will determine an appropriate Seroquel XR dosage and treatment regimen for you based on your condition and how well you tolerate the medication.
The tablets should be swallowed whole and taken either without food or with a light meal that is about 300 calories.

Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium citrate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol 400, and titanium dioxide are the inactive ingredients included. In addition, the 50 mg, 200 mg, and 300 mg tablets contain yellow iron oxide, and the 50 mg tablets also contain red iron oxide.
