  • Products must be authentic in brand and size (same manufacturer, same country of manufacture, same pack size, same strength and same quantity).
  • Products must be new. We cannot match the price of any used, short expiry or expired product.

What is a Generic Drug?

A generic drug is a copy of the brand-name drug with the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, consumption method, performance, and intended use. Before generics become available on the market, the generic company must prove it has the same active ingredients as the brand-name drug and works in the same way and in the same amount of time in the body.

The only differences between generics and their brand-name counterparts is that generics are less expensive and may look slightly different (eg. different shape or color), as trademarks laws prevent a generic from looking exactly like the brand-name drug.

Generics are less expensive because generic manufacturers don't have to invest large sums of money to develop a drug. When the brand-name patent expires, generic companies can manufacture a copy of the brand-name and sell it at a substantial discount.

Description

Thrive Nicotine Lozenges are used to help people quit smoking.

Thrive Lozenges come in 1 mg and 2 mg.

Directions

Thrive Lozenges should be used as directed on the product label or in the product leaflet.

Place one lozenge in your mouth and suck the lozenge until you detect a strong nicotine flavor, then let the lozenge rest between your cheek and gums until the taste fades. Start sucking the lozenge again until you taste the strong flavor. Repeat this process for approximately 30 minutes, which should be the time it takes for the lozenge to completely dissolve.

People who smoke less than one pack of cigarettes a day should use the 1 mg lozenges. People who smoke one pack or more of cigarettes a day may use the 2 mg lozenges.

Speak with your doctor or pharmacist about any questions or concerns you may have, including how to cope with nicotine cravings and withdrawal.
