For adults when they have a desire to smoke, one piece of Thrive Complete gum should be chewed slowly and intermittently for 30 minutes. Do not exceed chewing 20 pieces of gum in a day. You should not drink acidic beverages, smoke, or use other nicotine-containing products while chewing the gum.
