What is a Generic Drug?

Description

Your doctor may prescribe Uceris Rectal Foam to treat mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. The foam is formulated for rectal administration and targets inflammation in the lower colon and rectum.

Budesonide reduces inflammation and suppresses the immune response, alleviating symptoms such as diarrhea, bleeding, and rectal pain.

Directions

Typically, the foam is applied twice daily for the first two weeks, followed by once daily for the next four weeks, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
