Verquvo is supplied in oral tablets of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg strengths.
Recommended starting dose: 2.5 mg by mouth once a day with food. If you cannot swallow the tablets whole, they may be crushed and mixed with water.
Your doctor may adjust your dose depending on your response to Verquvo.
Vericiguat is the active ingredient contained in each tablet.
Avoid taking Verquvo with another sGC stimulator. Ask your doctor if you do not know if you are taking an sGC stimulator.
Verquvo should not be taken if you are pregnant.
