Visco-3 comes in 2.5 mL pre-filled syringes. It is injected once a week for three weeks in the intra-articular space of the knee. The contents of the syringe should be used immediately after opening the packaging. Each syringe is for one use only. Discard any remainder.

There is 25 mg of sodium hyaluronate in each 2.5 mL pre-filled syringe.
Avoid using Visco-3 if you have any allergies to sodium hyaluronate or any other ingredient in Visco-3.
Avoid use of Visco-3 if you have a skin condition or infection at or near the site of injection.
Joint pain, joint swelling, and pain at the injection site are the most common side effects of Visco-3 injections.
Immediately tell your doctor if you experience any increased or continuous side effects.
