Some, but not all, side effects associated with Xolair injection use include the following: joint pain, general pain, leg pain, fatigue, dizziness, fracture, arm pain, fever, skin problems, earache, headache, stomach pain, nose bleed, injection site reaction, nausea, common cold, sinus inflammation, upper respiratory tract infection, and cough.
