Xospata should not be given to patients who are allergic to any of its ingredients; anaphylaxis has been observed in clinical trials.
Xospata side effects include but are not limited to increased liver enzymes, muscle and joint pain, fatigue, general discomfort, fever, sore and inflamed mouth or gut, swelling, rash, noninfectious diarrhea, shortness of breath, nausea, cough, constipation, eye disorders, headache, dizziness, low blood pressure, vomiting, and kidney problems.
