Zoryve should be used as your or your child’s doctor prescribes. It is recommended to apply the cream to the affected areas of the skin once daily.
Avoid contact with the mouth, eyes, or vaginal areas.
Zoryve cream should be kept between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F); keep out of reach of children.

Roflumilast is the active ingredient in Zoryve.
Inactive ingredients include the following: ceteareth-10 phosphate, cetearyl phosphate, cetostearyl alcohol, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, hexylene glycol, isopropyl palmitate, methylparaben, propylparaben, purified water, sodium hydroxide, and white petrolatum. Hydrochloric acid may be added to balance the pH.
Zoryve cream is contraindicated in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment.
Some, but not all, Zoryve cream side effects include diarrhea, headache, sleeping issues, pain at the application site, upper respiratory tract infections, and urinary tract infections.
